बडे चैनल पर एक खबर आयी
ढाई साल का गरीब बच्चा दिल का मरीज़ है
इलाज़ के पैसे नही है मदद...

देश के एक बडे अभिनेता ने पहल की
उसकी बीमारी का खर्चा उठाने का बीड़ा उठाया,
कुछ देर में एक बडे हॉस्पिटल से भी फ़ोन आया
इलाज़ मुफ़्त में करने की बात कही,
सारे दिन ये खबर चली
दर्द में भी मसाला बन गया....

भारत देश का एक प्रदेश आंध्राप्रदेश,
बच्चों के दिल की बीमारी का इलाज़
उठाती है लाज़वाब
इलाज़ एकदम फ्री है
कोई राजनीती नहीं
कोई मसाला नहीं...

टेक्स हर प्रदेश का नागरिक भरता है
फिर देश की सरकार ये भेदभाव
क्यों करती है
वो भी मासूम बचपन के साथ...

पब्लिसिटी का एक स्लोट खाली है,
मसालेदार मुद्दे की प्याली है
देश के सारे बच्चे सुरक्षित हो जायेंगे
जब ये नियम सारे देश पे लागू होगा...

देखने की अब देश की बारी है
किस चैनल की खबर में कितना दम है
किसकी खबर तेज़ है
किसकी खबर सच दिखाती है,
किसकी खबर हकीकत जैसी है
कौन इंडिया की तस्वीर बदलता है।
